The labyrinth is a heart centered tool to journey to the center of you. The labyrinth is a tool for garnering clarity and peace. Moving the body stills the mind, allowing for greater distilllation and answers to come forth. Whether you're physically walking the labyrinth with your feet or with your finger (as below) allow the movement to bring you into gracious awareness of being in the present with yourself.

Ways to 'walk' the labyrinth:​

  • Question: Ask and focus on a question at the entrance and through the labyrinth to the center. Take a moment in the center to release the question and be still. When you're ready, walk back out of the labyrinth and allow the answer to come forth.​

  • Mantra: repeat a mantra on the way in, ​​​such as, 'guide me' or 'spirit enter my life.' Take a moment in the center to release the mantra and be still, allowing for guidance and illumination to occur. 

Take a deep breath! When you're ready, enter the labyrinth at the bottom center and follow the path with a finger. Keep your eyes on your path while you focus attention on your question or mantra.
